As a Customer Service Officer, you are the first point of contact for anyone entering the centre. It is your responsibility to welcome everyone with a smile and a great attitude!
This role is responsible for face to face interactions with customers, answering phone and online enquiries, responding to and resolving customer queries and providing impeccable customer service from the frontline
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Sound negotiation skills and the ability to diplomatically handle conflict both from staff and customers
- First Aid certificate with up to date CPR (or be willing to obtain)
- Weekend availability is a mus
Qualification & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including the capacity to work effectively in a team
- Experience with Point of Sale Systems and ability to learn new software packages
- Experience in Retail sales is desirable
