Job Description: We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our People Performance and Partnership Team as the Senior People Cultural Leadership (PCL) Business Partner. You will be part of a small, but professional group of individuals who provide the City of Melbourne (CoM) with a wide range of services, advice on diverse and topical matters. This can range from developing strategies that target organisational development and programs in managing employee matters. Job Requirements: Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values – accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence. Excellent communications skills that includes written, verbal and listening. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation expertise along with highly developed interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge in providing direction and strategies relating to organisation development. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline desirable. Proven knowledge and skills in providing advice and guidance to the wider business on a range of matters that can include employee relations, performance management to learning and development. Qualification & Experience: Expertise in partnering with Senior Managers in developing and delivering strategies. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large, complex and multifaceted organisations.
