Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. is recruiting for a Warehouse Operator II located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a team oriented collaborative individual. In this role, you will perform tasks involved with the shipping, receiving, and handling of raw materials, product, and production components throughout the plant and at the Lititz Extended Warehouse. This position will support the day to day operations at the Lancaster site and will work closely with production, quality and site planning team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the delivery, release, and distribution of materials with internal and external partners
• Operating a forklift during the unloading and loading of trucks, and during the transfer of material to and from production
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the warehouse
• Performing SAP transactions
• Performing inventory control transactions to receive materials into the warehouse and to issue finished product for distribution
• Schedule dock appointments and accept incoming deliveries

Job Requirements:

• Microsoft Word and Excel working knowledge
• Experience working with SAP
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a forklift license
• Ability to lift 25-50lbs from the ground to knees and waist and from the waist to shoulders
• Prior experience working in a warehouse role within a GMP facility preferred
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience or equivalent
