Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager to join the Finance department in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Job Responsibilities: Prepare and update the results (quarterly basis) for the Finance Key Indicator Performance. Assisting Financial Controller/Financial Analyst in preparing the monthly Forecast, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports. F&B Incentives for Managers and Up selling incentives – Prepare on monthly. Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and does not have any unauthorized postings. Assisting yearly Budget Preparation and assisting monthly forecast. Preparing VAT reconciliation pack absence of Resort Finance Executive. Analyzing monthly Profit & Loss Statement. Assisting to Analyst for Regional review presentation. Update the monthly actual figures in Hyperion and Financial Management System. Job Requirements: Degree in Hotel Management, Accounting Degree or certificate in BAHA or CIMA or Business Degree (Preferred). Previous Accounting experience up to finalisation. Advanced Excel Skills, Well Versed with Sun Financials, Adaco, Hyperion, PMS & POS Systems will be advantage.
