Job Responsibilities: Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Assess candidates against the behavioural and technical requirements of each specific role. Use of online psychometric tool to assess senior candidates. Attract and search proactively for talented candidates for open positions. Generate ideas of creating sourcing methods to find the best available candidates for the roles available. Working closely with hiring managers on the recruitment for their teams, being a true talent partner. Create and present reports on key talent acquisition initiatives. Attend career and college fairs, and similar events. Development and use of Recruitment Marketing tools across several platforms as required. Job Requirements: Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Minimum 5 years of experience with talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
