Job Description

Join our team as Commis de Bar (m / w) at Jumeirah Frankfurt. Your main tasks include:

Job Responsibilities

• Cross-departmental work and use in other service departments
• Knowledge of the bar menu
• Accept, solve and capture simple guest complaints.
• Knowledge about F & B offers in the hotel in order to be able to offer them to the guests on a given occasion.
• Promotes in-house sales through in-depth knowledge of the service and facilities of the hotel
• Continuous optimization of workflow in the bar
• Follow and comply with emergency and safety regulations
• Accept drink requests, make recommendations, serve & bill
• Mise en place, cleaning

Job Requirements

• First experiences in the bar area desirable
• Experience in dealing with international guests
• Flexible and adaptable
• Team-capable, cooperative, willing to learn
• Motivated, friendly, loyal
• Various internal training and cross training opportunities
• Cheap job ticket for the monthly use of public transport in Frankfurt and surrounding areas
