Job Responsibilities

• Due to our newly launched lifestyle and fitness club at Jumeirah Beach Hotel an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Fitness to join the team.
• The main responsibilities of this role will be to manage the team of personal trainers, drive the standards of training sessions for the club and ensure all clients are achieving their goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of managing a team of trainers in a luxury / high end fitness club environment.
• Have a genuine passion for having a career in the fitness industry.
• Ideally be education to Msc level with a fitness / sports specialism.
