Job Description
We currently have opportunities for Waiter/Waitress to join us and be an instrumental part of Jumeirah F&B dining experiences that we cater to our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate trust, support and respect towards team members in day-to-day work activities
- Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/ complaint procedures
- Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service
- Conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner
- Offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met
- Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames
- Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information
Job Requirements
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in similar role in a Food and Beverage department
- Work experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Additional language would be an advantage
