Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Wellness Instructor to join in our Spa department in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait. To provide 5 star service in the field of Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates to hotel guests and members.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor participants’ progress and adapt programs as needed.
• Provide guest with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues
• Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion
• Actively promote and encourage Personal Training sessions to members and the sales of membership.
• Maintain a high standard of fitness knowledge and keep updated with fitness developments, locally and internationally.
• Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the gym equipment (ex: linen)
• To support the spa operation if the business needs by welcoming the guest
• To be proactive in the services and to be a good team player
• Administer emergency first aid, wrap injuries, treat minor chronic disabilities or refer injured persons to physicians.
