Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Food & Beverage Service Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Job Responsibilities: Inform Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guest after they first try to resolve Actively use the database of customer details or history to assist in guest recognition and preferences Advise the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager of any improvements needed in relation to restaurants operation including updates to SOP's or addition / deletion of SOP's Responsible to assist management in the identification and recognition of any example of "excellence in service or teamwork Assume full responsibility of a specific shift in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager Supervise effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support Supervise closely and monitor the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Jumeirah Cashiering Procedures Job Requirements: Posses good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi cultural environment Essential to have a good command of the English language (spoken and written) Additional language will be desirable At least 2 years' experience in similar role in 5 star luxury hotel You will be a highly driven and motivated individual with a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations, knowledge of F&B applications (Micros, Epicure).
