Job Description

An exciting role has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Agent to join one of our Noodle House Home Delivery team here at JRG Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally by following the SOP
• Responsible in handling all the incoming / outgoing telephone inquiries regarding the noodle house home delivery and restaurant operations
• Knowledgeable about the noodle house restaurant operations, promotions and especially the foods that are being offered for home delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a set of updated menus and promotional leaflets, etc. regarding the restaurants
• Will never say “NO” to a guest’s request
• Achieve the required ratings / percentage set on mystery caller test
• To meet or even exceed the company’s expectations
• Be punctual; greet colleagues and reports to supervisor upon arrival for duties.
• Arrive at work well groomed, prepared and display enthusiasm.
• To follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

Job Requirements

• Can hold a conversation in English with confidence. Listens, understands and acts accordingly
• Is organized in their duties, has a good time management skill
• Can suggestively sell with confidence
• Can handle a minor complaint with confidence
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Agent in a Call Centre or similar role with standalone/branded restaurants genuine interest in food and service
