Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse the eCommerce sales funnels and customer intent, to provide insights to optimise the eCommerce conversion.
- Analyse CRM performance, such as incremental revenue, acquisition ROI, retention and churn, to help identify growth opportunities.
- Define the rules and models for data collection, integration and usage.
- Report on main digital KPIs such as eCommerce and CRM revenue, Acquisition, Conversions, CRM ATF & ATV, Web session/bounce rate etc.
- Collaborate with the Finance team and align the digital KPIs with business targets.
- Define and build reports, and track performance of eCommerce (Mobile Ordering, Web Ordering and Delivery), CRM, KFC App & Website, and performance marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing principles, such as funnel optimisation, tagging and retargeting, with knowledge of key digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CLV, CAC, CVR, etc.)
- Experience of designing and managing Test& Learn for eCommerce, or/and CRM and Paid Ad.
- Experience of working with Media or Data agencies preferred.
- Experience of working in digital marketing and CRM environment, e.g. web and app analytics, onsite journey mapping, conversion rate tracking, and CRM performance analysis.
- Strong experience with eCommerce and digital data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics and proficiency in Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools.
