Job Description:

The Operations Manager will support the Assistant General Manager in a highly visible operation,to ensure the safe and efficient daily operation of the parking facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directs supervisory staff as necessary including following all necessary and appropriate disciplinary guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to all established policies.
• Follows up on all incident reports.
• Responsible for designated duties i.e. uniforms, fleet vehicles, monthly reports, supplies inventory, etc.
• Assist in the development and training of new personnel.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for any issue related to the operation.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer facing experience in Guest Services Environment
