Job Description: The Legal Counsel is responsible to undertake tasks related to commercial, civil and real estate laws and matters. Job Responsibilities: The Legal Counsel is also expected to conduct research in respect of various legal matters, court's precedents, jurisprudence and all other legal subjects and inquiries and also liaise with external lawyers in handling courts and arbitration cases, rent committee cases, reviewing memorandums among others. Part of this role is to provide legal advice, opinions and assistance to all departments within Emaar and to its subsidiaries in respect of various matters pertaining to commercial, civil, real estate, criminal, corporate, IP, IT, financial matters and in general respect of any and all other federal and local laws and regulations.
