Job Description:

As our one of our Digital Trade Managers, you will work with the Senior Digital Trade Manager to ensure that the commercial objectives are delivered for your category in a timely manner. Your role will be pivotal in helping to develop a trading strategy that not only delivers online growth, but that also delivers strong customer-centric stories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the timely execution of promotions, content and campaigns in line with overall marketing plan and working collaboratively to improve processes and communication flows across the wider team
• In line with the trading calendar, briefing in regular updates to the website to provide customers with relevant content and a reason to return to the site on a regular basis
• Working closely with the Content Editor create strong customer-centric stories that drive brand engagement and improve “stickiness” of the site and drive conversion rates
• Effectively communicate the category strategy to the wider ecommerce team to ensure delivery of content and campaigns are in line with the category strategy.
• Ensuring core category initiatives, new product launches and campaigns are executed across digital channels including email and that the digital marketing team are fully briefed on commercial priorities working with them to maximise traffic driving opportunities
• Developing a category trading strategy that delivers online growth in line with business objectives and budgets

Job Requirements:

• Strict time management is key for this position, as is a high attention to detail when it comes to launch deadlines, publishing and maintaining product quality on our site.
• An ability to forge and build key internal relationships. (With divisional buyers and other key business stakeholders)
• Relevant category experience is preferential otherwise we are happy to consider candidates who can display a clear affinity and passion for this product area.
