Job Responsibilities: Is visible on the floor Checks stock to ensure it is currently ticketed and security tagged Attends to deliveries within day of arrival Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation Operates till efficiently Overcomes objections by offering alternatives Confidently demonstrates product knowledge Acknowledges all customers to the department Maximises sale by offering additional products and services Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs Ensure fixtures are fully stocked with balance of sizes and range Monitors fitting room throughout the day to ensure it is welcoming for every customer Keeps till area tidy and free of unnecessary clutter Prepares for the day by dusting and cleaning fixtures Keeps stockroom tidy and organised Job Requirements: Demonstrates a real drive for excellence Excels in achieving personal goals Up to date with current trends and relevant brands Consistently delivers a great performance Has a strong customer centric focus Works well with others.
