We are on the lookout for Superstar Sales Associates to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Is visible on the floor
- Checks stock to ensure it is currently ticketed and security tagged
- Attends to deliveries within day of arrival
- Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation
- Operates till efficiently
- Overcomes objections by offering alternatives
- Confidently demonstrates product knowledge
- Acknowledges all customers to the department
- Maximises sale by offering additional products and services
- Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs
- Ensure fixtures are fully stocked with balance of sizes and range
- Monitors fitting room throughout the day to ensure it is welcoming for every customer
- Keeps till area tidy and free of unnecessary clutter
- Prepares for the day by dusting and cleaning fixtures
- Keeps stockroom tidy and organised
