Job Description:

This role will support the Creative Production Manager in the planning, organisation, scheduling and production of multiple creative tasks from conception to delivery for the website, email, social, digital marketing and printed graphics. You will need to juggle several projects at any one time, so multi-tasking skills are essential and the ability to adapt to last minute changes and re-prioritise whilst keeping a positive attitude. You will help to constantly drive improvements in the processes and ensure brand standards and quality are maintained at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate time and stimulus to teams for ideas generation and encourage cross-functional working
  • Support our campaigns to make sure they are well executed and all requirements are delivered and activity is co-ordinated
  • Identify what activity is working and influence the content strategy going forward
  • Ensure content produced is consistent with brand standards and consistent identity across all channels
  • Adjust plans where required following changes in trading and commercial priorities
  • Drive activity review meetings across the teams and with retail to understand the effectiveness of activity and drive improvements and learnings for the future activity
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that core objectives of activities are defined and achieved and keep them informed of any impacts to deadlines / quality of work including reviewing tasks to ensure the copy, assets and links/proofs are correct
  • Work with each team to develop briefs and work-flow processes that maximise efficiency and reduce workload and drive constant improvements in the processes
  • Ensure that content produced is optimised for the relevant channels and measure engagement by channel
  • Maintain the delivery of high-quality work at all times by ensuring that appropriate time, resource and briefing information is provided to the relevant teams
  • Build effective relationships with designers and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and the required quality is achieved
  • Receive and interpret briefs tracking their progress from brief to delivery/go live -troubleshooting and sourcing missing details along the way if needed

Job Requirements:

  • Multi-channel in your thinking with the ability to manage multiple activities under pressure with effective prioritisation and strong time management skills
  • Microsoft literate, with a working knowledge of project management systems such as Planner or Trello etc
  • 1-2 years project management experience preferably from a fashion industry background
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business- not afraid to ask twice/follow up on information requests
  • Exceptionally organised and experience in managing workflows and production pipelines in a fast-paced retail environment
