Job Description: The Financial Processor for RPS Ops Administration will be responsible for reviewing, researching and processing routine retirement plan administration transactions. This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. Job Responsibilities: Completes day to day training and mentoring with team members. Provides feedback to team members if changes are needed in the process. Escalates issues/concerns to more senior team members and/or management. Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards. Maintains plan sponsor and participant data confidentiality. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of submitted information. Monitors incoming work queue and ensures items are completed in a timely manner. Job Requirements: Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with others in a team environment. 1+ Years of data entry or data processing experience is desired 0 - 1+ Years Processing or similar experience that aligns to the responsibilities for this role. (Required) Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and/or clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
