Job Description: We are seeking a person with the right skill set, to manage a team of Development Compliance officers to provide a safe environment to the community by ensuring investigation and enforcement actions are undertaken. Qualification & Experience: Proven experience in leading and coordinating a compliance team. Proven experience in investigation and enforcement action in the planning and building compliance area of local government. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure Council’s legislative requirements are met. A Degree, Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Building, Engineering, Construction field or equivalent.
