Job Responsibilities: Support areas within the supply chain organization, hazmat CHRIMP center, inventory control and property, material planning and procurement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requires processing requests, providing status on material deliveries and ordering material for production requirements. This position requires the use of multiple data systems and other data sources. Provide material support to various customers while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Utilize multiple data systems to plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or stockroom to production and other locations in support of contractual requirements. Coordinate with item managers, other facilities, government inspection and other warehouse organizations to generate material acquisition requests, good issue requests, DD1348s and purchase orders as required. Expedite return of hardware to repair point and follow up with other organizations to ensure the timely return of hardware to minimize impacts to production. Analyze material and equipment turn ins, processing items as required. Provide timely response to requests for material. Analyze documentation, determine appropriate method of hardware movement, and process material transactions accordingly in SAP, MAS, IMAP and ASRS.
