As an assistant manager you will be a role model to the team with a responsibility for client engagement, maximising sales and profitability. Job Responsibilities: Work with the store team to identify potential clients and develop existing client base to bring relationships to full potential. Drive client acquisition and retention for the benefit of long-term growth. Lead and coordinate in store and promotional events. Propose a strategy of tailored services to reward our most loyal customers. Drive client experiences in store, scheduling appointments as well as consignments. Design distinctive activities & experiences as a key part of the customer engagement strategy for our VIC clients as well as our Brand Ambassadors. Job Requirements: Knowledgeable and passionate about Fashion, Art, and Culture. Proficient in Arabic and English. Open, fun, lively and connected to Dubai life. Brand Ambassador to represent LOEWE´s brand image and to deliver a unique customer experience. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in luxury environments (i.e. fashion, hospitality, art), with proven experience managing client relations.
