Job Description
The role will support the Senior Manager for Systems and Operations on delivery of loyalty-related operational systems and processes across the Majid Al Futtaim Group and relevant loyalty partners.The role will interface with the relevant internal IT, Data, Operations and Compliance teams as well as relevant 3rd party partners such as IT, LMS and Digital vendors.The success of this role is to ensure a successful loyalty program launch and ongoing seamless customer service delivery across all touch points. This includes the development of Loyalty technology infrastructure ownership in-conjunction with Group IT Services and ensuring ongoing quality performance monitoring is in place.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the loyalty system is optimally utilized by key business resources
- Support all relevant partner operations and technical integrations processes
- Leverage the latest technology to support the provision of a seamless product and service
- Support the development and implementation of the monitoring and governance structure for the Loyalty Technology Eco-system. Develop appropriate SLAs with key internal and external service teams to ensure a 24/7 always on, technology environment
- Provide business needs and project management support for systems set-up, testing, enhancements and performance monitoring
