Job Description:

Under the direction of the Team Leader, you will assist in the running of internal and external events with a strong focus on customer service. In addition to this, you will assist in the setup, dismantle and cleaning events at the Manningham Function Centre, Civic Centre & MC2 meeting room facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and Proven experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Professionalism in all dealings with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, quick moving environment.
  • Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Competent computer skills – MS Office Applications.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
