Job Description: Working collaboratively with our CRM and Offer teams, you'll interpret campaign requirements, before crafting the audience and journeys in SFMC. Ideally, you'll have experience building triggered, multi-touch journeys across web, email and app(push), and feel comfortable around data, with hands on experience writing SQL, Ampscript (or Javascript), HTML & CSS. Job Responsibilities: Define and track key performance metrics and reporting on the success of campaigns to stakeholders. Partner with 3rd party email creative teams to ensure designs are developed and supplied on time. Coordinate QA steps required for sophisticated campaign builds. Coordinate offer allocation and setup. Become a functional specialist in the technical customer journey build and mentor others. Maintain relevant tags and build control groups to enable A/B testing. Work collaboratively with CRM teams to understand upcoming demand for campaign activity. Job Requirements: You'll be comfortable communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience using Ampscript, HTML and CSS in an email marketing context. Experience deploying multi-touch automation journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar campaign management tool. Strong experience with email marketing and push notifications. Tried experience in SQL and building datasets in a RDBMS.
