Job Description:
Working collaboratively with our CRM and Offer teams, you’ll interpret campaign requirements, before crafting the audience and journeys in SFMC. Ideally, you’ll have experience building triggered, multi-touch journeys across web, email and app(push), and feel comfortable around data, with hands on experience writing SQL, Ampscript (or Javascript), HTML & CSS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and track key performance metrics and reporting on the success of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Partner with 3rd party email creative teams to ensure designs are developed and supplied on time.
- Coordinate QA steps required for sophisticated campaign builds.
- Coordinate offer allocation and setup.
- Become a functional specialist in the technical customer journey build and mentor others.
- Maintain relevant tags and build control groups to enable A/B testing.
- Work collaboratively with CRM teams to understand upcoming demand for campaign activity.
Job Requirements:
- You’ll be comfortable communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience using Ampscript, HTML and CSS in an email marketing context.
- Experience deploying multi-touch automation journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar campaign management tool.
- Strong experience with email marketing and push notifications.
- Tried experience in SQL and building datasets in a RDBMS.
