Job Description: We are looking for confident, adaptable and organised people to join our Overpayments Team within Colleague Services in Salford Quays where you will deliver a top notch service whilst working in the team who are responsible for managing the Overpayments process with all our ex M&S colleagues. Working alongside our external recovery company to provide an efficient and cohesive service to recover overpaid monies for M&S.
