Job Description:

We are looking for confident, adaptable and organised people to join our Overpayments Team within Colleague Services in Salford Quays where you will deliver a top notch service whilst working in the team who are responsible for managing the Overpayments process with all our ex M&S colleagues. Working alongside our external recovery company to provide an efficient and cohesive service to recover overpaid monies for M&S.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting ex-M&S colleagues with breakdowns around their overpayment and organising repayment plans
  • Adhere to legislation and policies to ensure compliance
  • Complete investigations in our HR systems to understand what has caused an overpayment
  • Deliver high quality, accurate administration
  • Ensure excellent service is always provided to M&S colleagues
  • Managing difficult conversations
  • Work in line with daily efficiency, with a key focus on quality
