You will be part of a small, but professional group of individuals who provide the City of Melbourne (CoM) with a wide range of services, advice on diverse and topical matters. This can range from developing strategies that target organisational development and programs in managing employee matters Job Requirements: Solid knowledge in providing direction and strategies relating to organisation development. Expertise in partnering with Senior Managers in developing and delivering strategies. Proven knowledge and skills in providing advice and guidance to the wider business on a range of matters that can include employee relations, performance management to learning and development. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation expertise along with highly developed interpersonal skills. Excellent communications skills that includes written, verbal and listening.
