Job Description: We are seeking someone with experience working with design and construction specifications who holds a degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification, General Induction Licence (White Card) and Class C driver’s licence. Job Requirements: Expert knowledge in the principles and practices relating to the planning, design and construction of transport and stormwater infrastructure Knowledge of the State Planning Policy, the SEQ Regional Plan, the Planning scheme, and the Adopted Infrastructure Charge Resolution Excellent communication skills to meet the needs of a range of internal and external stakeholders Strong influencing skills and the ability to negotiate infrastructure and other commercial agreements. Represent Council as required providing expert knowledge and advice to key stakeholders.
