Job Description: Working under general direction from the Coordinator Property Services, the Supervisor Operational Maintenance will develop, plan, and deliver maintenance requirements on Property Services built infrastructure and assets, ensuring that work activities align with business needs as outlined in the Property Services Asset Management Plan (AMP). You will lead and manage a team and provide technical advice relating to the operational maintenance of Council’s built infrastructure and facilities to internal staff and external contractors. Job Requirements: • QLD “C” Class drivers’ licence or interstate equivalent. • General Construction White Card. Qualification & Experience: Relevant Qualifications in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Asset Management, Trade qualification or other relevant field experience. Practical experience in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of minor projects. Previous Experience leading and managing a team. Practical experience and knowledge in the areas of reactive and preventative asset maintenance, and management of built infrastructure and facility management. Experience in managing contractors, trades people, suppliers, and associated service providers. Experience in project maintenance and the maintenance of a large diverse built infrastructure portfolio.
