Job Description: The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), Talent Strategy and Engagement (TSE) Division seeks a highly skilled Personnel Psychologist. The selectee will serve as an integral member of the Strategy & Innovation (S&I) Branch which is defining a comprehensive talent strategy and integrated talent management approach for NASA while identifying areas to reform, replace, and improve efficiency to meet Agency priorities of today and into the future. Job Responsibilities: Serves as the connection point with the Hiring LoB and other agencies? talent teams to share best practices, share joint job announcements, and surface government-wide implementation challenges. Serves as the NASA point of contact for external collaboration and connection on agency best practices and recommendations for opportunity areas for the larger federal assessment process. Leads a cross-functional team of HR personnel to support the full Talent Assessment Team. Executes strategically identified hiring assessment pilots using existing or new approaches and flexibilities (SME-QA, structured interviews, USA Hire; etc.) Utilizes hiring selection outcome data to inform assessment strategy for critical positions posted to the public. Identifies and implements tools to automate segments of the assessment process.
