Job Description: Sandilands is the first National Trust acquisition on the Lincolnshire Coast. In partnership with the Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park, the vision is to transform the whole site into a nature reserve where everyone can enjoy being outdoors and reconnect with nature. We’ll be working with our partners, the local community and holidaymakers to create a place for both people and wildlife. It’s an exciting time to join the team at the start of this project as you’ll be able to help shape the future of a new National Trust place. Job Responsibilities: You'll have a sound working knowledge and experience of volunteering principles and practice and will be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt your style and tone to meet the changing needs of your audience. You'll also be able to recognise the key differences between staff and volunteering roles, particularly the legal framework, the approach to reward and recognition, and dealing with challenging situations.
