Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as an Interpretation Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Interpretation Assistant, you’ll bring the magic of this property alive. To give visitors a glimpse into days gone by, you’ll provide engaging interpretation for our visitors to feel like they’re stepping back in time with us. Whether it’s an educational group or general visitors, you’ll give everyone a fascinating insight into the history of the property.

You’ll be a charismatic storyteller, someone who enjoys working and interacting with people. It’s important that you’ve a keen interest in history, as well as experience of working with the public and especially children and young people. Along with a passion for providing the highest standards of customer service, you’ll also be able to inspire those around you with your passion and enthusiasm for our work.
