Job Description:

We work to a centralised core menu, and there is plenty of creative opportunity to develop local dishes, particularly based around the produce from our kitchen garden. We have approx 220 covers, so you should enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen, but with the benefit of knowing we truly look after our people.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.
  • You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment – and further professional training & development opportunities are available.
  • You won’t be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

Job Requirements:

  • Passionate about food, creative and proactive
  • Aware of good working knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
  • A good team player
