Job Responsibilities:
- Develop team members through monthly PDP conversations, and ensure stretching plans are in place
- Collaborate with the bank’s technology teams to ensure compliance with overall digital architecture
- Lead on the efficient configuration of the bank’s tagging and activation solutions
- Provide expert consultancy on strategies to improve data availability and accuracy
- Liaise with third party vendors to guarantee the accurate integration of their solutions
- Develop effective data capture code using a variety of web languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Job Requirements:
- Experience leading a team which is working within an agile methodology
- Stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- A working knowledge of and the ability to talk strategically to stakeholders about, the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, with a specific focus on
- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager
- Significant relevant digital analytics experience, either agency or client side, with a proven track record of delivering improvements to digital customer experience through leveraging data and insights
- The ability to communicate a technical topic in a non-technical way
- Significant experience in delivery of optimization campaigns and large-scale personalization programmes
