Job Description: The Finance Manager, RGM as co-pilot and integrated business partner to key Nestlé Stakeholders for their commercial spending. This individual will provide all the financial performance data, analytics and forecasting recommendations to drive the business forward by working closely with our sales, SRM and RGM teams. Due to do the fast-changing environment, this role is extremely critical in providing clear insight to commercial plans and ensuring delivery of topline and OP1 targets. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the contract manufacturing and factory finance teams to provide thorough, well-researched explanations of variances compared to budget, DF & history. Highlight risks and opportunities to the budget and DF based on current trends & anticipated changes Ensuring full transparency of costs and financial impacts to the organization for strategic decisions. Provide relevant insight on Sales contribution to the overall financial performance of the business and market to stakeholders As an integral part of RGM it will be critical to collaborate effectively with Sales, SRM, Decision Support and other stakeholders. Generate, implement and track opportunities and existing initiatives to exceed expectations Manage month end close processes for areas of responsibility Provide timely, transparent and accurate management reporting of actual performance versus budget, dynamic forecast (DF), and historical trends Job Requirements: Previous experience with Sales Analysis, trade fund management a plus. 7+ years finance management experience in Consumer Goods company/industry preferred. Track record of successful people leadership and talent development. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Position will be located in the Arlington, VA Nestle Corporate Office with travel required as needed. Intermediate/Advanced in Excel and SAP (or other ERP System) required.
