We at NIKE Canada are currently looking for an exceptionally talented District Loss Prevention Manager for Eastern Canada (Nike Outlet Stores in Ontario and Quebec) and will be based out of Nike Vaughan Mills Store, ON.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track record of dealing with sensitive loss prevention issues in an ethical manner
• Leadership skills and the ability to influence others
• Outstanding bias for action – willing to move quickly and conclusively to resolve an incident
• Ability to learn and apply new information or skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
• Multi-unit store management experience preferred
• Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.

Job Requirements:

• Responsiveness for off-hour, on-call incident management support for the North America Direct business
• Identify, lead, and resolve time sensitive critical issues
• Ensure that all store loss prevention systems and programs are fully operational, being regularly maintained, and properly used, including CCTV, alarms, locks, etc
• Conduct loss prevention store audits.
