Job Description:
You will be working as part of the Corporate Information Team to provide an effective Records Management service that is responsive to all customers’ requirements. We work across multiple systems to ensure that we provide a high level of support to the organisation to manage documents across the full lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing all daily correspondence and document management functions in a timely and efficient manner, and in accordance with the relevant records management guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Confidentiality – Ability to retain personal and sensitive information.
- Qualifications in Records Management or Information Management desirable.
- Demonstrated records management experience, including competence in using Electronic Document Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, including PROV schedule of retention and disposal.
- Ability to advise, train and guide other staff and teams on best practice record keeping methods.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
