The Onboarding coordinator acts as a liaison between the recruitment team and the HR operations team in terms of document collation for employee sponsorship proceedings. He/ she ensures the smooth transition of employees from candidates to full time employees by providing all the required information and documents to the new joiners to be able to incorporate them into the company culture and system.
- Reconfirm the same via telephone.
- Distribution of welcome kits & collection of completed kits.
- Ensure the induction process runs smoothly.
- Preparation and circulation of new joiners list to concerned personnel post induction.
- Recheck and follow-up for missing documents with new joiners.
- Prepare document sets for database team and PR coordinator (visa request forms).
- Coordinate the distribution of disciplinary and probation confirmation documentation to the various departments.
- Data encoding for new hires in HR software/system.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa renewal of existing employees.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent interpersonal, listening, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with HR staff, candidates, department managers etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have strong MS excel skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Should have min 5+ years of experience in UAE as a HR/ onboarding coordinator.
