Job Description: Reporting to Centre of Excellence Manager is responsible for activities including but not exclusive to producing regular management information, analysis, requirement gathering, reporting delivery performance, and ensuring data validations Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing periodic delivery performance reporting (Weekly, Month End, Qtr. End, Year End) as BAU. Accountable for independently taking responsibility for the creation, development, and use of key analytics, dashboards, or reports. Responsible for working closely with the data professional team to ensure data for any new /existing reporting is correct and update on correct cycle. Responsible for responding to incident driven and business critical requests for data and or solutions in challenging timescales both inside and outside standard working hours. Responsible for reporting delivery performance across various programmes. This ensures stakeholders remain informed on contractual delivery performance.
