Job Description: This is a critical role that is designed to help managers build multi-skilled teams with a full understanding of our e2e networks. In it you will be implementing key transformation tools as well as designing training packages that allow team members to constantly refresh their knowledge and identifying gaps in our training collateral. Job Responsibilities: When required, professionally train accredited training material, including self-created and predesigned material, from start to end, ensuring it is interactive whether virtual or face to face. Working with resourcing needs and constraints, build a training plan for the coming 12 months aligned to product launch and ad-hoc training requests. Proactively seek feedback from users on the launch of new systems, processes and procedures and implement changes based on feedback. Budget and forecast key demands from systems optimization on a quarterly period to analyse key needs from L&D or training squad. Implement any changes to process and procedure for the Service Desk, including training material creation where appropriate (e.g. Jeopardy management tool, Oops). Review project plans and proposal to ensure fit for purpose as constant stream of new product offerings, and new work streams come into the business. Work collaboratively with L&D to deliver new content and training delivery methods (including Axonify and Centrical). Job Requirements: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Proven Project & Transformation skills and experience. Problem solving experience across different service activities, multi-layered, cross – organisational and customer boundaries. Previous experience of coaching/delivering training materials would be an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in your own abilities to influence those around you.
