Job Responsibilities:

• You bring exceptional leadership skills to lead complex IT application portfolios and project management functions in highly sensitive, political environment that demand responsiveness, flexibility, and decisive leadership
• You demonstrate strategic and transformational leadership skills to foster an innovative, inclusive and client focused culture in a complex business and I&IT environment
• You have a track record of tackling complex challenges and working across organizational boundaries to arrive at innovative solutions
• You have demonstrated capabilities to drive change and obtain collaborative buy-in from internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, and staff
• You possess a high level of professional judgement, strong communication and negotiation skills and political acuity
• You nurture relationships with colleagues across government to integrate service delivery functions
• You have experience with implementing effective I&IT governance and ensure the appropriate risk management/mitigation controls are in place for the consistent and efficient deployment of I&IT solutions
• You have the proven ability to build and develop credible partnerships that aligns technology in pursuit of client focused excellence
• You have proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire and engage a diverse group of technical and business professionals and build a high performing team.

Job Requirements:

• You have a solid understanding of IT business, solutions delivery methodologies and have proven experience directing multiple, intersecting lines of business
• You have significant experience and demonstrated competence in developing, sustaining, and transforming large scale service-oriented systems and architectures
• You understand the complexities of technology systems and software solution design, including the deployment of innovative technologies to successfully deliver modular and digital I&IT solutions
• You have demonstrated experience being accountable for the deployment and operations of large-scale systems servicing large, complex organizations
