Job Description:

The Level 1 Support role delivers exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with customers and end users through day-to-day interactions including consistent feedback and communicatio

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to support requests for technical assistance via phone, remotely and in person
  • Providing Level 1 support to internal customers, including employees & Councillors
  • Log all interactions via the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool (ServiceNow) and follow due process through to final resolution
  • Troubleshooting, problem resolution and capturing necessary information for future analysis
  • Provide excellent Customer Service by maintaining regular communication with users and provide updates proactively

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in working with Microsoft Windows based environments.
  • Demonstratable experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Management console, SCCM, hardware configuration and installation, Mobile Device Management and ServiceNow.
  • ITIL v3/4 foundations certification.
  • 2+ years’ experience in working with technology in relevant tertiary education or work environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in computing or ICT
