Job Description:

Primarily provide support and advice for purchasing and contract administration within the Digital and Technology Services department. This role is part of the Business Support Network and will also work across the team to provide support in general administration

Job Requirements:

  • Assist the Digital and Technology Services (DTS) department with general financial support to ensure that payments are made to our vendors in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Monitor and maintain contracts relating to technology purchases for the organisation.
  • Provide education and support to the department.
  • Develop and maintain strong processes for the team.
  • General ad hoc administration support for the Digital and Technology Support department as required.
