Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs of QP and affiliates to develop strategic learning solutions to meet organization’s current and forecast requirements; through the design, development, and coordination of optimised learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods to fulfil the identified learning objectives;
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant industry and/or industrial training environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum development and instruction.
