Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team to design, define, agree and communicate expectations and framework to enhance safety performance standards.
- Developing safety performance tracking system.
- Oversee processes, systems and applications required in the reporting of incidents and accidents.
- Facilitate and participate in the Monthly Safety Action Group and subsequent safety committees.
- Provide safety coaching and mentoring to all departmental personnel.
- Assist in establishing company’s safety procedures, standards and specifications, to meet international and national standards.
- Cooperate with Qatar Airways Safety on their Corporate Safety Policy, and all other relevant stakeholders in order to match their compliance and conformance levels in the day-today operations as well as for audits.
