Job Description

To assist Head of Product in the review and development of existing and new liability products (CASA, Deposits, Employee banking, payroll ACs). To take a lead within the liabilities product team for product strategy and launch of variants of existing products as well as new products, with an objective to maximize volume growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management to drive portfolio growth in terms of number of accounts and balances
• Responsible for financial plan preparations and reviews
• Own and optimise deposits policies and procedures to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience
• Comply with RAKBANK / Central Bank regulatory requirements at all times
• Develop and manage internal communications to stakeholders as required
• Prepare effective business documentation and other relevant drafts required from the perspective of product launches and market research
• Conduct comprehensive market studies, analyze, develop and implement a competitive marketing plan and strategy to increase market share

Job Requirements

• At least 6-10 years of banking experience in a product/portfolio management role preferably liabilities
• Degree qualifications in Finance, Marketing or related fields preferred
