Job Description

We are looking to hire Sales Officers to sell Personal Loans for our Direct Sales department.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets agreed with Manager
• Provide MIS on a weekly basis
• Conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes
• Cross sell various personal banking products like credit cards/mortgage/payroll accounts

Job Requirements

• University Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
• Excellent Product Knowledge
