Job Responsibilities: Implement Court proceedings in the Local Court and Land and Environment Court on behalf of Council. Provide leadership, development and support for the team. Implement regulatory and enforcement activities in a professional, customer focused and timely manner. Ensure regulatory and enforcement activities are implemented in line with legislative requirements, policies, rules and procedures. Investigate and assess customer enquiries and action requests and determine compliance. Undertake regulatory action on behalf of Council. Review and develop systems, procedures and documentation to improve operational effectiveness and customer service.
