Job Description: You will be responsible for the acquisition of new Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney documents appointing Royal Trust in a fiduciary capacity. You will develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with High Net Worth clients and key internal & external partners, and provide exceptional advice as your raise the profile of Royal Trust as the leader in the industry. Job Responsibilities: Act as a resource by providing advice on specific estate and trust legal issues Provide advice on will planning issues, ensuring that new documents meet internal policy standards Keep current with legislative changes related to estate & trust issues within the applicable governing jurisdiction Provide superior client service for existing clients and partners in order to ensure retention of appointments Provide timely and effective client service for existing clients relative to their Wills and Powers of Attorney documents Develop strong working relationships with key internal partners and external Centers of Influence Self-source new Will and Power of Attorney appointments and other new business opportunities through established relationships with Centres of Influence Job Requirements: Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills Excellent presentation skills Law Degree, and called to the Bar in one Canadian province or territory Advanced knowledge of the legislation and procedure involving wills, estate administration, trust and related administration, tax rules and planning concepts Experience in will, estate, and trust law, financial planning, trust & estate administration, and relevant related legal topics, such as taxation, environmental, family, real property, and insurance Advanced knowledge of the common law related to wills, estates and trusts Job Details: Company: RBC Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Winnipeg, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
