Job Description:
A highly organised individual with an eye for detail. You are a quick learner, flexible, adaptable and thrive in a team environment. You will have knowledge and experience within the finance sector and it’s related procedures and practices. You are able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders through written and verbal communication. You will be capable of utilising office based programs such as Excel and Word. Your customer service skills, positive attitude and ability to prioritise your commitments to meet set deadlines will see you excel in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing information through Council systems including certificates, notice of sales and change of details
- Responding in a timely manner to customer enquiries through various channels like over the phone, email and in person
- Negotiating on behalf of RVC to fair and equitable outcomes in regards to debt collection
- Working with the team to be a high functioning team and achieve team goals
- Continuously improving and innovating processes within the team
Job Requirements:
- Competent numeracy and literacy skills
- Minimum Certificate III in Finance/related field and/or equivalent experience
- Current Class C Driver Licence
